Jim Smith is EBC’s disciplinary chair. Jim handles all Zero Tolerance issues. This photo does not do Jim justice. He is really a nasty, mean individual. Of course, we are jesting. EBC asked Jim to serve in this position because he is a person of the highest integrity who has earned the respect of his peers over his many years competing at the Bridge table. He is also an outstanding player in his own right. Jim is also a nurseryman par excellence. Have a question concerning Rhodys, Heaths or Heathers? Jim is your guy. We feel fortunate that Jim has agreed to accept this task and we are grateful.
