High Desert Regional Gets Underway Monday, May 13
Head to central Oregon for a week of bridge and good weather!

The High Desert Regional in Redmond starts on Monday, May 13 and runs through Sunday, May 19. Lots of opportunities for gold points, including Gold Rush games every day starting Tuesday for non-life masters with 750 masterpoints or fewer.

If you can’t make the trip, there are online games on Sunday, May 19.

Attention Newer Players: Gold Rush Games Offered in Three Oregon Tournaments in May
If you have 750 masterpoints or fewer and are not a Life Master, you are an Intermediate/Newcomer (I/N) in ACBL jargon. That means you qualify to play in Gold Rush games in the three Oregon tournaments in May.

Gold Rush games are for I/N’s only, giving newer players great opportunities to win gold and red points.

Look for the Gold Rush games on the tournament schedules.

Seaside Sectional and I/N Regional, May 3-5

High Desert Regional in Redmond, May 13-19

Eugene Sectional and I/N Regional, May 31-June 2

Get Ready for May Tournaments
May is a big tournament month in Oregon.

Sectionals in Seaside and Eugene with Intermediate/Newcomer gold rush games and a week-long regional in Redmond give players of all levels lots of opportunities to add to their colored points.

The Redmond regional also includes opportunities to play online on the tournament’s last day (May 19), with regionally-rated sessions at noon and 5pm.
