For now, I think we will keep it as one group. Yes, we have a range of experiences. We can make that a positive.
John and David and I have some great hands for the next session. You can expect that we will be spending more time on bidding and playing the hands and then putting them up for discussion with, of course, a few little side tidbits thrown in just to keep it interesting.
Here is a hand from last issue of Bridge Bulletin that we will start with:
You hold J5=JT7=AKJ3=KJ95. No One is Vulnerable. MP.
W N E S 1D 3H ? It’s Your Call
Bring your “answer” to the next session. We will see how we all do versus the experts.
Saturday, April 8th, 9:30.

Next Saturday (March 11) will be the first session of Supervised Play/Real-Time-Bridge. 9:30AM and will last three hours. The fee is $10 per person. Advanced signup is not required.
This is geared towards newer players and others who feel they might benefit from the discussions. We will all play the same boards and then discuss bidding, opening lead, play of the hand and the defense.
We are planning on offering this session on the second Saturday of each month as long as there is sufficient interest.
If you have any questions, please contact Don Marsh. Also, if you know of anyone who is interested in learning about the game, this is a great opportunity for them, so feel free to ask them to attend.
See you Saturday!
